Upgrade FontAwesome from 3.x to latest (5+)

The latest version of FontAwesome (5) has a much richer set of icons. As we expand functionality of our RefApp implementations, we are running out of unique and appropriate icons. We want to add the AIDS ribbon icon which does not currently exist in FontAwesome, but we could submit that and should be able to get the latest icons.

Can we run 2 versions simultaneously? Much of the OpenMRS UI code uses icon names which are changed in the later versions of FontAwesome and it would be painful to update all that code.
