Registration summary page to display all defined sections of the Registration App in the left column

    Description

      The registration summary page is accessed at /openmrs/registrationapp/registrationSummary.page?patientId=...

      It currently displays the 'contact info' and 'demographics' summary section widgets because their display is hardcoded in the GSP (see here and here).

      TO DO: The registration app should display, on the left column, all summary section widgets for all sections that are defined through the appId passed through the url. If none is passed, then the default ContactInfo and Demographics sections should be displayed as is currently.
