Cosmetic tweaks for Manage Condition UI

    Description

      There are a few cosmetic tweaks that can be made to the Manage Condition UI.  See the attached mockup for a guide on this.

       

      The changes should be:

       - Move the Active/Inactive radio buttons to the right so they align with the condition text box

        - Add more vertical space in between the radio buttons and the Return/Save buttons
