    Description

      Add demo data into Demo data module ( https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-referencedemodata) for the Growth chart Feature for the reference application.

       

      Dev notes

      This primarily requires to reduce the current Minimum age limit for demo patients from 16 to 2 years , so that we can have demo patients that are generated between the age of 0 to 3 years

       years. Since the Growth chart feature can only consume patients between 0 to 3 years
