Address Validation

In every section of "Register a patient" the Address input is bugged. Under the Contact info _ option in the _Country , we can see that the OpenMRS system is accepting numerical characters which is not acceptable. In the world there is no country having a numerical character in it's name. The system should warn the user about the wrong input.
