Menu position in small viewport

When the window is <= 991px (on my machine running FireFox) the navbar changes to use a collapsed button, which is probably desirable behaviour, but the positioning of this button, as can be seen in the attached screenshot (taken on uat-refapp.openmrs.org) is very poor, especially considering what happens when the menu expands. Basically, the collapsed menu button should be right-aligned instead of left-aligned.
