Primary Diagnosis not being showed in the Encounter details

When visit Note is filled with both the Primary diagnosis and clinical notes the ui does not show the Primary diagnosis when encounter details is clicked.
To reproduce :
1. Login as admin
2. Register a patient
3. You will be redirected to patient clinical dashboard
4. Start Visit
5. Open Visit note
6. FIll Visit notes with diagnosis and save
8. Click show details in encounter section
