Diagnosis not being showed in the visit summary column

When diagnosis is added via the visit Notes the new ui does not show the diagnosis on the view summary column on the left.
To reproduce;
1. Login as admin
2. Register a patient
3. You will be redriected to patient clinical dashboard
4. Start Visit
5. Open Visit note
6. FIll Visit notes with diagnosis and save
