    Description

      1. Background

      Currently LoginLocationsAdvice add all or removes all locations while looping through all. This causes performance issues when loading many locations in bulk.

      2. Suggested Solution

      This ticket will optimise LoginLocationsAdvice to update the login locations cache with the only changed location.
