Description
Has mentioned under talk [Dashboard widgets does not translate date|https://talk.openmrs.org/t/dashboard-widgets-does-not-translate-date/28797] widgets from coreapps (Obs Across Encounters, Obs Graph widgets,..**) do not translate the month when the widget has a date with month abreviated.
below some sample widgets, with french has primary language, showing months in english.
In this case, it should be showing Avr. (in french)
