Reference Application 2.10.0, Reference Application 2.11.0
As a user requesting an appointment, when I save/submit the request, I expect to see a notification that my request was received, like the toast notification I see when I submit a visit note:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Register a patient
3. You will be redirected to patient clinic dashboard
4. Start a visit
5 Action->Request appointment
6 Request for an appointment. You can activate the save button using Type: Dermatology and Provider: Jane Smith
7. Click Save
8. See that you are directed back to the Visits tab, without any notification.
After performing steps 1-7 above, I should see a notification that confirms "Appointment Requested for [Name]".
