      Description

We want to see how the Diagnosis search widget behaves and performs if we were to search against all Diagnoses, Symptoms, and Findings in the CIEL dictionary, and what changes need to be made to it.

      To Do:

      1. Set up a local (e.g. standalone) installation of the reference application
      2. Get the latest CIEL dictionary, and load it into your database
      3. Change the codes of two reference terms, as described by Rafal's comment on RA-284
      4. Make a hacky modification to https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-coreapps/blob/master/omod/src/main/java/org/openmrs/module/coreapps/fragment/controller/DiagnosesFragmentController.java#L69 so that it passes null instead of diagnosisSets, and instead limits to the following concept classes: Diagnosis, Finding, Symptom, Symptom/Finding
