      Description

When searching for patients via the patient search widget, 0 to n matching patients may be returned.

Right now, if you hit the "enter" key while the search box still has focus (ie, if you hit enter without first selecting a patient) the behavior is to clear the results table and perform the search again.

We'd like to make one small change to this behavior--in the case when there is only 1 search result (ie, an "exact match"), hitting the enter key should automatically select that patient and take the user to that patient's dashboard.

There are two main use cases for this:

      1) The user is scanning a patient's identifier using a bar code scanner, and that bar code scanner has been programmed to add a <CR> to the scanned result... this allows the the end user to scan and load a patient's dashboard using only the scanner, no keystrokes required.

      2) Similarly, a use can simply type in a patient identifier and then hit enter to load that patient's record, saving hitting an additional down arrow keystroke.

Use case #1 is certainly the more important of the two.
