Ensure the Chart Search module is ready for release within OpenMRS 2.2

The goal of this epic is to ensure the Chart Search module is ready for inclusion within OpenMRS 2.2.

Steps to this goal will include:

• Getting the Chart Search module running atop OpenMRS 2.2 on a devtest server.
• Get Chart Search within OpenMRS 2.2 vetted by the OpenMRS Community
• Ensure that Chart Search is ready for inclusion within the OpenMRS 2.2 release by March 2015
