      Description

      While testing OpenMRS 2.2 for release, I discovered that I am unable to save changes to a provider.

      Observed behavior
      1. Log in as admin and navigate to System Administration > Advanced Administration > Manage Providers
      2. Select any provider (e.g., Super User)
      3. Make any change to the provider record (e.g., change Identifier from UNKNOWN to UNKOWNX)
      4. Press the Save button
      5. Nothing happens. The form does not submit and no errors are logged to the web client.
      Expected behavior
      1. In the last step, the form should submit and changes to the provider saved.
