1. Click on 'Find Patient Record'>enter "Thomas Edison" and choose the first one
2. Click on 'Request Appointment' in 'Appointment Type' enter "Oncology", in 'Time Frame' enter "10" in first field in second and choose 'Day(s)' and click on 'Save'
3. Go to home page, click on 'Appointment Scheduling'>'Appointment Request'>in column 'Action' click on 'Book this Appointment' and click on 'Search' then I choose current date and click on 'Search' and now application stopped.
And one more time when instead clicking on 'Book this Appointment' I click on 'Delete' I had the same error.
