Seleckting Categories in Chart Search doesn't work correctly

1. Go to Patient Dashboard and click on 'Chart Search'
2. Click on 'All Categories' and choose e.g. 'Finding' and then 'OK' you'll see result. And now uncheck 'Finding' in this moment you can't be able choose another option or when you click on 'Select All' and click on 'OK' it also doesn't work.
