Searching in Manage Appointments doesn't work correctly

1. Click on 'Appointment Scheduling'>'Manage Provider Schedules'
2. Click on current date in calendar You should see Create Appointment Block. In 'Location' choose 'Registration Desk', 'Start Time' and 'End Time' leave the same in 'Service' enter "Oncology" and click on 'Save' - You should see Manage Appointment Blocks with your created Block
3. Go to 'Appointment Scheduling' click on 'Manage Appointments' in searcher enter "Bob Smith" and choose the first one - You should see Patient Appointment page
4. In 'Select Service Type' enter "Oncology" and click on 'Search'. We should see search result but we see this result only when we choose date. Earlier everything was correct, we could see Search result without choosing date.
