Description
Log in as admin
Go to Appointment Scheduling > Manage Provider Schedules
Choose Location and Provider
Click in one of the fields in calendar to schedule appointment block
The 'Service' field doesn't exist and 'Save' button is disabled which makes it impossible to create appointment block
