Update clinical visit workflow test

Update clinicalVisit.feature and ClinicalVisitSteps.java files with the necessary steps to automate use of a camera to upload patient supporting document.

Also automate the functionality of clear forms button on the attachments page

After a discussion with colleagues and ibacher , I have decided to drop the automation of  camera use to upload patient supporting document. I was advised that this test even if it passed locally, it would never pass in CI since our servers do not have webcams. I think I was just being over ambitious .

In this ticket, I have therefore automated on the functionality of clear forms button on the attachments page.
