Cohort Builder Dead Patients - Need Death Date Range

In the Cohort Builder, it should not allow the "Alive only" and "Dead only" boxes to be checked at the same time under Patient Attributes.

It would be nice to have an optional date range for searching for patients that died between certain dates, the same as is possible for birthdates.
