getUri returns incorrect uri for v2 resources

The DelegatingCrudResource.getUri which is used to add the selfLink and uri for the resources has v1 hardcoded in the URL and does not automatically get the version of the resource. Thus, the URI for v2 resource still points to v1, which is the wrong uri.
