RESTWS should support i18n of metadata in the way pioneered in the UI Framework, and used in the reference application.
Basically this means that, given a metadata, if there is a message for the code "ui.i18n.(CLASS.SIMPLENAME).name.(UUID)" then this should be used as the display name for the class.
Basically, we should change the base Metadata resource abstract class so that if there's a matching message, we send this back instead of getName() in the "display" field.
