Document Basic Query Search

Right now, searching for a resource using the "q" search parameter isn't documented in the swagger spec. This means:

1. "q" isn't shown as an optional parameter in the Swagger UI
2. If fetch all isn't implemented for a resource, and there is no custom search hander, then GET /resource is not documented at all (e.g. GET /person)
