Check if Coveralls is working with REST Repo

The Coveralls dashboard makes it look like REST WS has not been analyzed by Coveralls since 3 years ago.

This issue is to check if Coveralls is working against the REST WS repo, and if not, to get it working again, so that Coveralls checks PRs for adequate unit test coverage.
