      Description

      Scope of issue

Currently the OpenMRS-SDK plugin does not install bundled OWAs during initial openmrs distribution setups.

      Steps to Reproduce Issue:

Using the SDK, install any of the available distributions, Platform or Reference application by going through the initial setup process.

In the case of the platform, use version 2.3.0 and above, this is because it is bundled with the Add-on Manager OWA. Start the server and go to the root path http://localhost:8080/openmrs/ using the configured port, which in this case is 8080.

      Results

You will get redirected to a landing page that looks like below,

      Intended results

In the case where the bundled OWAs are installed correctly, using the platform distribution for this example will redirect to a landing page that looks like below when the server is restarted after the initial setup is done.

      To Do:

Ensure the SDK plugin can install bundled OWAs on a fresh installation of a distribution.
The bundled OWAs using the SDK should be installed in the {{owa)) directory created inside the root server directory. The bundled OWAs should be downloadable from Bintray using the following api/download link https://dl.bintray.com/openmrs/owa/<owa_package_name-version.zip>
