When the standalone's start button is pressed, the port setting fields should be disabled and left disabled as long as OpenMRS is running to prevent the port settings from being changed while OpenMRS is actively running. Pressing the stop button wouldn't immediately enable the port settings; rather, the port settings would be re-enabled once OpenMRS had shut down.
