Support running unit tests against openmrs 1.11

There are several significant changes to base unit testing classes and provided libraries in 1.11 that cause most/all unit tests within the Sync module to fail.

Appropriate support for running unit tests against 1.11 needs to be added, via a maven profile, and core fixes need to be applied as needed.
