Multiple concepts within an ObsGroup do not show up correctly on Encounter Viewer

If there are multiple obs in an obs group that share the same concept (question), only the last one in the group is being shown in the View Encounters.

This occurs only when "Allow Multiple" answers is checked in the form schema in an obs group and multiple answers were then entered.
