Allow admins to tail tomcat server log during liquibase database updates

Similar to the feature in Hudson and Bamboo where the user can see the log scrolling. This could be used by sys admins for getting log output for a bug/issue or watching the painfully slow database update process to make sure that things are working correctly.

Aside: Would also like someone to give me a tutorial on using Gimp so I can stop making awful looking screenshots.
