      This issue is a result of the break down of the tasks required for the new order entry API at: http://wiki.openmrs.org/display/projects/API+Support+for+Order+Entry+%28Design+Page%29
      These are the domain model objects to support the order entry api tables like: order_drug, order_test, order_set, order_set_member, etc.
