Implement voiding of PersonNames

    Description

      PersonName objects are purged when Person.removeName() is used. We have no API methods available for voiding PersonNames. This was touched on in TRUNK-1972 but implemented in the controller. PersonService.voidPersonName(PersonName) should be implemented and then utilized in Person.removeName(PersonName) and any person or patient editing controllers.
