add paging and/or search to HL7 queue management

When managing a HL7 queue with several thousand entries in it, the Manage Queued Messages (hl7InQueue.list) page takes a very long time to load. I suggest adding paging to view just 5, 10 or 25 of the queued messages at a time, and perhaps even a search interface that pulls messages in the queue that contain certain text patterns. This would be particularly helpful when trying to identify concepts that are hanging the import process due to missing mappings.
