Home Key doesn't work in the search boxes

On the Concept Dictionary Maintenance page (/openmrs/dictionary/index.htm), after entering a keyword in the search box, the "home" key doesn't work. For example, if entering ABCDEFG in the search box and you want to use the "home" key to go to the beginning of ABCDEFG, the cursor won't go before A.
