Description

Introduce new privileges like "Patient Overview - View Programs Section, Patient Overview - View Relationships Section, Patient Overview - View Allergies Section, Patient Overview - View Problems Section", etc which give one access to the various UI components. These will be different from the existing privileges needed by the API like "View Patient Programs, View Relationships, View Allergies, View Problems", etc
