Retired Visit types should be available for selection on the New Visit form

    Description

      Even if a visit type is retired, it still appears in the visit type field on the New Visit Page...

      If a visit type is retired, it should no longer allow you to add a new visit of that type.

      This happens with OpenMRS Version: 1.9.0 RC3 Build 26871.
