Add extension point to errorhandler.jsp

We need an extension point within errorhandler.jsp page for the errorlogging module. We are using an extension point for getting exceptions thrown from .tag files and jsps including embedded scriptlets. Also via new extension point we can add a button to the page for reporting about exception (like the "Report" button on the uncaughtException.jsp page).
