Adding a way of clearing all alerts at once

Often times when i load openmrs and it fails at first with a failure trace, after troubleshooting the problem i meet so many alerts that i need to keep on selecting one after another in order to expire them, this is inconveniencing a lot,
We should add a way of expiring these alerts at once, say for example add a sort of button that can allow us expire all of them at once rather than selecting one by one , at the manage alerts page,
