Location parent not displayed when location widget is "tree" view

    Description

      When you edit a location, the parent is not displayed if the location widget is set to "tree" view. It was "null" as the parent location. This happens with OpenMRS Version: 1.11.0 SNAPSHOT Build e92f95.

      This works properly on the web demo; OpenMRS Version: 1.9.7 Build 60bd9b.
