    Description

I got the following error while upgrading from OpenMRS 1.10 Alpha Build a72954 to today's daily build, Openmrs Version: 1.11.0 SNAPSHOT Build 1a20b8.

Unable to update the database. See server error logs for the full stacktrace.
???There was an error while updating the database to the latest. file: liquibase-update-to-latest.xml. Error: Migration failed for change set liquibase-update-to-latest.xml::1-increase-privilege-col-size-privilege::dkayiwa:???
??? Caused By: Error executing SQL ALTER TABLE `privilege` MODIFY `privilege` VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL: Cannot change column 'privilege': used in a foreign key constraint 'household_privilege_which_can_edit' of table 'openmrs.household_attribute':???
??? Reason: liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: Error executing SQL ALTER TABLE `privilege` MODIFY `privilege` VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL: Cannot change column 'privilege': used in a foreign key constraint 'household_privilege_which_can_edit' of table 'openmrs.household_attribute':???
??? Caused By: Cannot change column 'privilege': used in a foreign key constraint 'household_privilege_which_can_edit' of table 'openmrs.household_attribute'???

I had previously attempted to use the Household Module, but it never properly installed. There was no data in the tables. Restoring the database from 1.9.7 production and deleting the household* tables allowed me to get past this error.
