Voided encounters shows in the current visit in patient header

If the patient has a currently-active visit, then the patient header shows something like:
"Active Visit: Clinic or Hospital Visit at Hôpital Universitaire de Mirebalais from 05/30/2014"
followed by a comma-separated list of encounters in the current visit.

This list of encounters includes voided ones, but these should be excluded.

Fix this in patientHeader.jsp
