Issue with moving autoExpireDates and autocalculation of duration

Based on the design call notes from 13-Aug, the underlying implementation of TRUNK-4446 seems to be incorrect.

Given startDate = Jan 1 00:00:00 and duration = 4 days => autoExpireDate should be Jan 4 23:59:59.999
