    Description

      Running mvn package on the OpenMRS core produces the following error:

      ERROR - HibernateContextDAO.authenticate(182) |2015-12-02 17:08:38,026| Unable to convert the global property security.allowedFailedLoginsBeforeLockoutto a valid integer. Using default value of 7
