Identify features not exposed via webservices.rest

Here is a list of database changes that took place between OpenMRS Platform 1.10 and Platform 2.0.0-alpha.

We need to find out which of these changes are not exposed via webservices.rest module. Based on the analysis, tickets will be created for webserives.rest and the changes will be incorporated in Platform 2.0.0-Beta release.
