Description
When installing an application that relies on the OpenMRS Platform, basic search functionality does not function as expected, since the search indexes are not automatically built.
The search indexes should automatically be built as one of the last steps in an install process (i.e., after content has been loaded). As an administrator or user of a system, I should not be required to manually discover and trigger "Rebuild Search Index" before the system will behave as expected.
The primary goal of correcting this bug is to identify the optimal time at which the indexes should be built. Once found, triggering the index build should be straightforward (as TRUNK-4717 has already demonstrated how to trigger an index build).
