      Description

We need to make it possible for modules to use the caching mechanism created by TRUNK-3675.

In order to achieve that, we need to enable creating caches programmatically and not only by declaring them in ehcache-api.xml.

      Have a look at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21944202/using-ehcache-in-spring-4-without-xml

For the feature to be usable we need to let modules create caches programmatically, but it should be possible to override configs by modifying ehcache-api.xml. It is to enable sys admins to fine-tune caches for modules as well without having to recompile them.
