Cannot add allergy when locale is French

Expected behavior

When I am in French locale I should be able to add an allergy.

Observed behavior

I am able to add an allergy in English locale but when I switch to French locale and click on the allergy button I get a null pointer exception.

Steps to recreate

1) Login to reference application
2) change locale to French
3) open patient dashboard and select manage allergies
4) click the add allergy button
