Merge checkstyle rules with google's

We should refine our checkstyle rules which are too lax. I suggest to base them on the one which are available from Google which also comes with detailed explanations http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/google_style.html. I would make a few exceptions for ex. they use spaces, we currently use tabs and have a few rules they did not include.
