      DiagnosisServiceTest copied and modified from https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-emrapi/blob/c7c7e21a3073e9c4574dac97b556c70f2f313f3b/api/src/test/java/org/openmrs/module/emrapi/diagnosis/DiagnosisServiceComponentTest.java

      You then need to add the service to the applicationContext-service.xml spring configuration file
