Fix web.xml XSD urls

    Description

      We are using the webapp 3.0 XSD version (from Java EE 6 schema)
      see

      http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jsc/xml/ns/javaee/index.html#6

      The schema location points to http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee instead of http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee

      And the override-web.xml used in tests uses version 2.4 instead of the same as web.xml
